HyperMotion

Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 12, 2026

1. Overview

HyperMotion helps you turn written content into short videos. This policy explains what information we handle when you use the mobile app and related services, and how we use it.

2. Account information

Some features require signing in. When you sign in with a third-party account provider, we receive basic profile details such as your name, email address, and profile photo so we can create and manage your account.

3. Content you create

To generate, preview, export, and share videos, we process the text, scripts, media, and settings you submit. If you create a share link, anyone with that link may be able to view the shared video. Do not include sensitive personal information in scripts or media.

4. What is stored on your device

The app may keep preferences, drafts, and project data on your device so you can continue your work offline or between sessions. Clearing app data or uninstalling the app may remove this local information.

5. What we collect off-device

Depending on how you use the app, we may process:

On-device processing that never leaves your device is not treated as collection under this policy.

6. Payments

Premium features may be offered through a third-party payment processor. We receive subscription status and related billing identifiers needed to unlock features. Payment card details are handled by the payment processor, not stored by us.

7. Third-party processing

We use service providers to host the app, authenticate users, process payments, generate media, deliver content, and (if you consent) measure usage. These providers process data only as needed to provide their services. The operating system and app store may also collect information according to their own policies.

8. Retention

We keep account data and created content while your account is active and as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our terms. You can delete projects in the app where that option is available. Shared links may remain reachable until removed or expired.

9. Children

The app is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

10. Your rights and choices

11. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information in transit and at rest. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

12. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the revised version at this URL and update the “Last updated” date.
